Workshop Presentations

The Coalition for Impact (C4I) programme brought together community organisations, partners, and facilitators through a series of workshops designed to share learning, strengthen collaboration, and shape the development of community-led Investable Propositions. Each session explored a different stage of the journey—from community economic mapping and governance to impact investment and practical planning for inclusive growth in East Birmingham.

The following presentations were used during the workshops and provide a record of the programme’s collaborative learning process and key themes.
